Regardless of whether people agree with you or not, no one can say that the position isn't crystal clear. Let me say, however, that it's all very well explaining what constitutes abuse and inviting us to report it, but when the rubber hits the road, you apparently regard me as 'unreliable', as nothing gets done about even the most flagrant abuses that I report. Even when other people report too, the abuses remain. You really need to work on the community moderation system to make it much more effective. Thanks for that explicit clarification.
