You guys, you guys… what can we say? Well, you’re a bunch of winners, that’s what! Because we’re proud to announce that thanks to your efforts yet again Answers has won two Hitwise awards.

  4. That is fantastic. I absolutely love answers and I have been doing it quite a long time and I never get tired of the multitude of questions people ask on a variety of topics. It is a great way to find out what a whole section of the community thinks about various subjects.

Answers Team who make it possible for me, almost every evening from my home here in Maine, to provide help to various individuals in England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland and maybe even the Isle of Wight occasionally with answers this forum permits me to create and to submit. It is highly significant and gratifying to me to receive so many e-mails from the individuals I have helped, thanking me personally for my efforts.   11. Only just read the good news about the site and I agree 100%. I am so pleased that I came across the site by accident, as it is a good site. Okay there are a few glitches now and again, but on the whole the site is great and I like it.

  12. Have a pat on the back?? Does that mean that the cheque’s in the post? Isn’t it time we all had a slice of the Yahoo pie since we’ve done so well? You wouldn’t have much of a site without our hours and hours of effort. Our unpaid hours of effort I might add. But thanks anyway for the pat on the back.

I think the pat on the back is a bit tongue in cheek, the old Yahoo board REALly appreciated our efforts and loyalty to the site, having our questions deleted cos some troll thought it funny to report us, is a bit frustrating to say the least..especially when you fail to actually read our questions and answer before you act on a whim… that’s the side that “observers” don’t see.
